Had really great experience, overall charming and incredibly beautiful place.

Greatly enjoyed our gorgeous rooms, plus the staff was wonderful. The location was great and unbeatable, just a short walk away from Palm Springs Air Museum. We also went to city center, located at a medium distance from the hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, right by the public areas, the downtown shops, and the restaurant and bar right there. The breakfasts were savoury, always with lots of meals. The venue staff was delightfully helpful and attentive.

We appreciated relaxing and absolutely gorgeous rooms and appetising food.

Everything was wonderful, so were gorgeous views of the mountains. It was in a favourable location with wonderful and marvelous staff. The hotel had an excellent bar and a great restaurant.

The hotel has unbeatable and prime location in the nearby area. The property rooms are well-appointed and well decorated with a bedroom, seating area out front and fireplace. Staff is very professional and you can park your car nearby.

It had stunning and wonderful location quite a walk from Heusso Gallery. The breakfast food was savoury, the staff were extremely friendly.

Nicely decorated accommodation with stunning setting not far from the restaurant and bar right there and the downtown shops and restaurants and a quick drive to hike to Taquitz falls and Palm Springs. Extremely friendly and excellent staff of the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at La Serena Villas, A Kirkwood Collection! The breakfast hamper was simply adorable, and the egg offerings were delicious. The intimate atmosphere and warm, inviting staff made me feel right at home. And the food at the restaurant was outstanding, the best I've had in Palm Springs. The beautiful facilities and well-groomed grounds added to the overall experience. The pool was perfect for relaxing, with excellent pool service. The rooftop lounge with a gas fireplace was a great spot to unwind. The welcome tequila and bubbles for the outdoor claw tub were a nice touch.

I was thrilled to find an outdoor bathtub in my room. However, it took the hotel three days to fix the hot water so that it was at a usable temperature.

Friendly staff, offered champagne at check-in. Nice pool, delicious lunch at on-site restaurant. Charming room with outdoor patio, fire pit, and cold plunge bathtub. Breakfast provided in tasteful picnic basket. Lovely boutique hotel.

Its location is incredible & favourable, short walk to downtown Palm Springs and the downtown shops and restaurants and restaurants in the area. Downtown Palm Springs district deserves your time and attention. The breakfast offers good choice of coffee and tea.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming boutique hotel in the heart of Palm Springs. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore in the desert, including the historic Tennis neighborhood. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. I loved the cozy rooms with a kitchen and fireplace, and the fact that breakfast was included in the rate was a great bonus.

I spend 2 nights in Palm Springs lovely. The staff was very knowledgeable plus the location was amazing. Easy access to Palm Springs airport, which was about 10 minutes' drive away. The room was romantic and top-notch with fireplace and with smoke detectors for safety measures. I truly enjoyed central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV.

Wonderful hotel, elegant rooms, absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and tea/coffee making equipment.

The rooms where top-notch, lovely romantic with comfortable decor. The bed was comfortable and there were coffee/tea making machines, a refrigerator, and glassware. The stuff was attentive, excellent. The hotel had an absolutely perfect and prime location extremely close to Mccallum Adobe. This venue was in a very nice area short walk to the public areas and the restaurant.
